To help me create photographs that are meaningful and personal to your family, please take a few minutes to complete the session questionnaire below. Your answers will help me tailor the experience to you and ensure we capture what matters most.
Photography Services Contract
This Photo Session Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between **Leor Stanley** ("Photographer") and the client identified below (“Client").

Services
The Photographer agrees to provide portrait photography services as described below.
Type of Session: Family Portrait Session
Session Length: 1 hour
Number of Edited Images Included: 40
Delivery Method: Downloadable link
Estimated Delivery Time: 31 August 2026
Fees
Session Fee: $200.00 CAD
Retainer Due: $50.00 CAD
Balance Due: $150.00 CAD
The session is considered booked only after this Agreement has been signed and any required retainer has been received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. If the Client cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, any retainer paid is non-refundable. If weather, illness, or another circumstance outside the Photographer's control prevents the session from taking place, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
Photographer Cancellation
If the Photographer is unable to perform the session due to illness, emergency, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Photographer's liability is limited to refunding any amounts paid by the Client.
Artistic Style
The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Photographer's portfolio and understand that all editing decisions are made according to the Photographer's artistic style. Requests for editing that significantly differ from the Photographer's normal style may be declined or may incur additional charges.
Delivery
Final edited images will normally be delivered within the estimated delivery time listed above. Delivery timelines may be extended due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond the Photographer's control.
Image Selection
Unless otherwise stated, the Photographer will select the strongest images from the session. Images not selected for final delivery, including duplicates, test shots, or technically unsuccessful images, will not be provided.
RAW Files
RAW or unedited files remain the property of the Photographer and are not included with any portrait session unless specifically agreed in writing.
Copyright
The Photographer retains full copyright to all photographs. The Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying the images. The Client may not sell, license, alter, or use the images for commercial purposes without written permission.
Social Media
The Client agrees not to apply filters or edits that substantially alter the Photographer's work when posting online. Credit to Leor Stanley is appreciated but not required.
Model Release

Limitation of Liability
Every reasonable effort will be made to produce high-quality photographs. If images are lost, damaged, or cannot be delivered because of equipment failure, data corruption, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Photographer's control, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the Photographer and the Client. Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed to by both parties.
